About Me

Unemployment is not a problem of opportunity or better yet lack of, but a problem of perception. There is work in abundance waiting to be claimed. As long as there are systems that need to be created and optimized, there is work to be done. The conventional employment is phasing out little by little as more jobs demand more inputs from employees for the same pay or less! It’s called squeezing the opportunity cost! My work here is to paint the picture for you to see and make your own deduction on where you stand as far as employment is concerned. In the end our greatest employment quest is to do what matters first to your soul, then to your community at large! It is your responsibility! My name is Lee Kariuki and i have made a personal life long commitment to redefinition of education for better employment. This is a very unconventional job so i would naturally be using unconventional wisdom. Most posts will be very “weird” some even absurd but there is science to the magic. All in all, conventions don’t get work done, people do. You can either join me or you can enjoy reading your posts, as long as you re-post or share to your circle of influence.Wilkomenn
