More Products Syndrome

The idea is not to put out more stuff. The idea is not to work on more books,more cds, more homestudy courses……quite counter-intuitive is the fact that more does not equal value.

The greatest epiphany is when your sole drive is to completely understand your market!Your market  has 5 to 6 books they still haven’t gotten around reading that is still gathering dust in the same package it was purchased! Your market has a low threshold for information as there is so much coming at them and when information is overwhelming, the desire to act becomes inversely proportional! So what does your market want?

Results! Rather than bombarding your market with more….try going the quality route! When your customer buys a 10 inch drill, all he wants is the 10 inch hole……sell the hole not the drill!
