The Work Of Every Breath

Posted on: September 20, 2012

Short and simple is to not only provide you with optimal oxygen, but to prepare you for the next breath. If you could get all your days oxygen in one breath then you wouldn’t need a second or a third breath. This we forget! Yet in everything we do we forget to break down every activity in to a systematic step by step process where each activity’s sole purpose is to prepare us for the next activity. Rather than being 10 steps ahead and doing all kinds of things, get to do the best on the current activity such that the activity right next can have the best experience. That’s your sole responsibility right at this moment.

Try taking two steps at a time and let me know how that works out!
