Posted on: May 16, 2012

You want to——

  1. Write a book
  2. Get a high paying job
  3. Start A business
  4. Fall in love
  5. Travel an exotic island
  6. Sample an exotic dish

Those are a bunch of wants! Opportunity cost tells you that if you were to choose the one that would give you the greatest impact to do the rest, the answer would be fall in love! It is where there is heightened harmony and creativity and the rest fall in place! Then you took a class in management that told you that you need to write down all the greatest obstacles to finding that one thing!

  1. Finding the right person
  2. Compatibility
  3. Working on personal self esteem
  4. Negating your past cupid upsets
  5. living the moment

Now this management class taught you that the theory of constraints states that to be in the position of greatest gain or maximum benefit, the weakest link or the strongest hinderance must be eliminated! So out of 1-5 the greatest obstacle to success is working on your personal esteem! This one constraint will

  1. Help you find the compatible lover
  2. Help you start that business
  3. Get a high paying job
  4. Sample an exotic dish
  5. Finally write a book

all because you learned about management and the theory of constraints!

How one small act can compound to a series of events!
