What Separates Product Inventory From Product Sales…

Posted on: April 30, 2012

We hate inventory. You need to keep stock of it. It’s tying up sales. It’s tying up overheads. It’s holding up payroll. Aaaah we want sales! So how do you convert products in to sales?

99% will try and simply go out there and sell sell sell.

Bad Move! No one is buying what your selling! Why?

People hate to be sold to. Their resistance goes up. Their guard is strong! They have a natural gate keeper blocking you hard!

So how do you sell? You don’t!

Branding is a form of selling where people buy and you don’t sell the product, but the principle. If you don’t get this then you are suffering! The principle is defined as

  1. They Story-the motivation behind how you created the product.
  2. The experience- How will your end user feel upon consumption of each product or service. The Utility.
  3. The results- what will happen after they use your service. different from the experience one is while, the other is after consumption.
  4. The relationship- Do i feel like i know you? Can i invite you to my house for the labor day barbeque and introduce you to my family? What are your values? What do you believe in?
