Why Ethics Outshines Effort In The Long Run

Posted on: April 10, 2012

An ethic derived from the word ethos is the spirit of a community that govern moral behavior. It is one’s culture…one’s practice. What one has embedded and instilled within him as HABIT!

Effort on the other hand is nothing shy of a vigorous attempt. We all know what attempts are, they are trials. They lack consistency unless one has Ehtics. According to the accepted norm, it takes one about 3 days to transform effort to ethic. When the effort is gone, the will power is depleted and the why is not very transparent, the ethic or behavior that has been instilled within you over the practice will keep you going.

NB The optimal work regime is to have both effort and ethics.
